With the month of July now in full swing the crack of football pads will soon be in the air. That in turn means that the SEC Media Days is just around the corner.
Kentucky Sports Report will have the event well covered with a contingent consisting of Larry Vaught, who has more awards as a sportswriter than we have room to list; Lonny Demaree, the noted Mayor of Kentucky Football; Brian Eldridge, who is an up and comer within the ranks of writers at Scout; and Darrell Cartwright, the KSR King of Twitter as @MyKSR1. Rumor I hear is Vegas has Darrell favored to send more SEC Media Days tweets than all other competition.
The Wildcats will be sending Morgan Newton, Stuart Hines, Danny Trevathan and Coach Joker Phillips to the meetings. The Wildcat quartet and the group of usual All SEC type players and SEC coaches should give the KSR group plenty of information to wet your appetite and get the juices flowing in preparation for Kentucky football.
