Kentucky picked up their tenth commitment of 2013 class tonight when Godby High (Fl.) running back Khalid Thomas chose to become a Wildcat.

The 5-foot-9, 175-pound athlete is an explosive player with the ball in his hands. As stated by FOX Sports Next's Mike Bakas, Thomas could hold multiple roles.

Bakas: Thomas lacks ideal size to take the ball 25 times a game between the tackles, but he's a dangerous threat on the outside. He has the speed to make big plays on the perimeter and has the quicknes to make a lot of people miss in the open field. He's very athletic and shows good pass-catching skills. He may end up being a slot receiver in college."

Thomas holds offers from South Carolina, Miami, Ohio State and Notre Dame, among others.
