In the wake of a 32-14 loss to Louisville in the season opener, both Kentucky head coach Joker Phillips and defensive coordinator Rick Minter have promised a few personnel changes heading into the Wildcats' second game Saturday against Kent State.
Phillips said after Wednesday's practice that he'll be giving a longer look to some younger players, including some freshmen at the linebacker and secondary positions after numerous breakdowns by the Wildcats' veterans in the Governor's Cup loss.
