Andrew Wiggins' classification remains a mystery as the basketball season rapidly approaches, but whether he's a newly-anointed 2013 prospect or still a member of the Class of 2014, he is expected to be in Lexington soon.
Huntington (W.Va.)Prep coach Rob Fulford told Scout's Evan Daniels today that Wiggins, who is considered to be the nation's top prep player regardless of class, plans to make an unofficial visit to UK for "Big Blue Madness" on Oct. 12.
The 6-foot-8 small forward will join a list of verified attendees that also includes Derek Willis, Marcus Lee, Jaquan Lyle and Cliff Alexander. Other possible visitors for the event include twins Andrew Harrison and Aaron Harrison, James Young and Trey Lyles in what's shaping up to be the most star-studded Madness in recent memory.
