Kentucky continued its unprecedented run in football recruiting with a huge verbal commitment from Georgia all-purpose back Stanley Williams on Thursday during his unofficial visit to Lexington.
Williams, also known as "Boom," announced his decision via Twitter: @boom_that_guy: #BBN #Yahtzee!!! borrowing from the UK staff's new favorite expression when landing a commitment.
Williams (5-8, 190, 4.4) was previously committed to Georgia. He also holds offers from programs like Auburn, Clemson, Georgia Tech, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
He is currently rated the No. 64 running back in the country by Scout and FOX Sports NEXT.
Kentucky now has 16 verbal commitments in the Class of 2014, including two running backs: Williams and Ohio standout Mikel Horton.
