The Richmond, Texas, native averaged 18.5 points, five rebounds and three assists per game in the Wildcats' wins over Eastern Michigan and Providence. He poured in a team-high 22 points and made nine of 11 free throws in UK's win over the Eagles at Rupp Arena. He followed that up with a 15-point, four-assist effort against the Friars on Sunday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Harrison, who is averaging 13.6 points per game, is the third Wildcat to win the award this season, joining classmates James Young and Julius Randle.

No. 3 Kentucky(7-1) returns to action Friday against Baylor in Dallas as part of a men's/women's doubleheader with the Bears at AT&T Stadium. The men's game tipoff is slated for 10 p.m. ET on ESPN.
