Calera High (AL.) sophomore Tyler Pritchett was recently offered by Kentucky. Pritchett already looks the part of an offensive tackle at this early stage, standing 6-foot-4, 260-pounds.
"I'm a very physical offensive tackle," Pritchett said. "I'm a very hard worker. I work hard and I have long arms and great technique," Pritchett said.
His skill set is advanced enough to have earned him offers from Kentucky and Akron. Pritchett is also seeing interest from Alabama, Auburn and Ohio State. But currently Kentucky stands out as his leader.
"I love Kentucky. It's a great school. They have amazing fans, coaches and players that really want to win," he said.
Pritchett has been to Kentucky on a visit before and enjoyed what he observed.
"I have been to Kentucky. They have a great campus and are trying to improve it as well. That's great to me," Pritchett said.
It's very early in Pritchett's recruitment, but he has considered committing. Although it doesn't appear a commitment is imminent.
"I have thought about (committing). But that's something I have to talk over with my parents. But (Kentucky) is my favorite right now," Pritchett finished.
