Hairston, Heady homer to highlight scrimmage

Sophomores Dorian Hairston and Connor Heady will be counted on to play bigger roles on this year's Kentucky baseball team. On Wednesday, they showed why, each hitting a home run in the Wildcats' fall scrimmage to highlight the day at Cliff Hagan Stadium.

Heaady, a former National Team U-17 member, ripped a three-run shot as part of a 3-for-5 performance. The infielder from North Oldham High School also added a bunt single and stole a base.
