The Wildcats (3-1, 2-1 SEC) have elevated junior Jojo Kemp to first-team running back coming off his performance in a 21-13 win last week over No. 25 Missouri.
Stanley "Boom" Williams entered that game as one of the SEC's leading rushers, but finsihed with only seven carries for 21 yards. He sat out most of the second half while Kemp came on to rush for a team-high 66 yards on 13 carries.
Both players have thrived in first-year offensive coordinator Shannon Dawson's scheme. Williams is averaging 7.3 yards per carry, while Kemp is gaining 5.4 yards per carry.
