Kentucky's Jamal Murray and Skal Labissiere (pictured above) have been honored by the SEC in the final weekly awards of the season.

Coming off a week which saw him average 21.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists in wins over Florida and LSU, Murray was named the SEC Player of the Week.

The native of Ontario, Canada, extended his streak of 20-plus scoring performances to 10 with 21 against the Gators and 22 against the Tigers in the regular season finale to help the Wildcats claim a share of their 47th SEC regular season championship.

Meanwhile, Labissiere shared Freshman of the Week honors with Texas A&M's Tyler Davis. The 6-foot-11 forward from Haiti averaged 14.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks in the wins over Florida and LSU. He had the best game of his UK career against LSU, scoring 18 points on 8-for-10 shooting from the field, grabbing a career-high nine rebounds and blocking a career-high six shots.

Kentucky led the league with 11 total weekly honors this season. In addition to Murray’s five, sophomore point guard Tyler Ulis has garnered three honors, while Labissiere has hauled in two SEC Freshman of the Week honors, and Isaiah Briscoe was once tabbed the league’s top-performing freshman.
