Calipari on UK Win Over Cleveland State

Kentucky head coach John Calipari talks about his team's 101-70 win over Cleveland State on Wednesday afternoon at Rupp Arena.

The No. 1 Wildcats played without sophomore leader Isaiah Briscoe, but had their talented freshmen step up big. Malik Monk scored a team-high 23 points, while De'Aaron Fox (16 points, 11 assists) and Wenyen Gabriel (10 points, 10 rebounds) each had double-doubles.

Kentucky dished out a season-high 25 assists on 38 made field goals.

Tthe one thing I would tell you, they're unselfish," UK head coach John Calipari said. "We had 38 baskets and 25 assists. I mean, all those dunks are, most of them are on lobs, on drives and finding people. So, if they're unselfish."

The Cats improved to 5-0 on the season.
