Kentucky's Derek Willis is known for his outside shooting ability, but he showed Big Blue Nation another side of his game on Saturday against South Carolina when he threw down this tomahawk slam in the second half of an 85-69 win over the Gamecocks at Rupp Arena.
Willis, a senior forward, scored 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds to help lead the No. 5 Wildcats to their seventh straight win to open SEC play.
His play was crucial with starting point guard De'Aaron Fox sidelined by a first-half ankle injury that had him wearing a protective walking boot on the UK bench.
Kentucky improved to 17-2 overall and 7-0 in the SEC.
