Kentucky remains in the mix for one of Florida's top defensive end prospects.
Ray McDonald, a 6-foot-3, 235-pound DE with 4.63 speed, says UK is one of the schools giving him the most attention this recruiting season. He's also being pursued by Florida, West Virginia and Virginia Tech. He has offers from UK, Virginia Tech, Central Florida, Pitt, Rutgers and Wake Forest.
"I am still wide open and have not even considered where I may take my official visits," McDonald says.
McDonald, who recorded 75 tackles and nine sacks last season for the Sunshine State's Class 3A champions, has 10 sacks through his first five games as a senior for Glades Central.
