According to his Coach Mark Catlett at Ballard, Heyman is more than just a dominating defensive linemen.
"Athletically he is extremely explosive," Catlett said. "He plays very hard on both sides of the ball and is a very competitive and spirited young man."
"He's the best linemen I have coaches in 10 years as a head coach."
Apparently Kentucky agrees with Coach Catlett's assessment. They have offered the 6'3" 265 pound lineman a scholarship.
Kentucky's coaches offered for more than just his playing ability on the field.
"He's a great character young man," Catlett said. "He's involved in his church and summer camps for disadvantaged youth."
In addition to being very intelligent and well rounded, Catlett adds this additional tidbit on Heyman, "He's also an outstanding singer."
