"I don't have any offers yet," Ross told CUTigers.com in a recent interview. "Nebraska, Syracuse, Louisville, Kentucky, Central Florida, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Florida, Stanford and Northwestern are all showing interest though."
When asked if he has any early favorites, Ross responded, "Nebraska, Louisville and Kentucky are my favorites right now."
Coach Dabo Swinney (Clemson's assistant coach) is recruiting the Florida standout for the Tigers. "Coach Swinney came to one of our spring practices, but I didn't get a chance to talk with him."
What are his goals for his senior season? "I want to win the state. I also want to earn a scholarship."
Ross is already knows what he will be looking for when he decides on the college of his choice.
"I will be looking at the environment. The weather doesn't bother me so that will not be a factor. I will be looking at the type of fans that the school has. I want dedicated fans. I want to play as a freshman. I want to major in communications."
The 6-3, 185 pound prospect is working hard to prepare for his senior year. "We are having spring practice now. I did track this year to get faster. I have been lifting every day."
Where do his parents want him to spend his college career? "They don't care. They just want me to go where I want to go. They know it will be the best 4 years of my life. Wherever I pick they will be happy."
