Nyang: "It would be Louisville or Kentucky"

Mam Nyang of Wheeler High School in Marietta, Ga. is sitting on six offers as of now, but there may be more to come. The letters keep coming and the phones have been ringing quite often for this athletic defensive lineman.

Coaches have asked Nyang to come check out their team, stadium and facilities and he has two trips set. Who does he plan to go see and who are his current favorites?

"My phone has been ringing a lot here lately," said Mam Nyang.

"I have gotten a number of phone calls; some that I remember talking to are Tennessee, Florida State, Ohio State, Georgia, Louisville, Miami of Ohio and Kentucky. Some other teams have called, but I have missed them."

"Most coaches just ask me how I have been doing, and then they will ask me to come see one of their games and check their facilities out. Coach Caldwell (Tennessee) and Coach Bobo (Georgia) asked me those questions and I have taken them up on their offers. I plan to be in Knoxville this weekend for their game against Florida and then at Georgia on October 2nd when they play LSU. Those are the only visits I have planned right now."

Who are the favorites of Mr. Nyang?

"Out of all the schools recruiting me, it would be FSU, Georgia and Tennessee. If I had to go off the schools that have offered me to this time, it would be Louisville and Kentucky."

Nyang plans to wait until the end of the year to see who has offered before setting up his official visits. He plans to take all five at this time.
