CovCath's Donoghue struggling with decision

Covington (KY) Catholic offensive lineman Mike Donoghue has helped his team jump out to a 4-1 start on the season, but the 3-star prospect continues to struggle with his college decision.

Mike Donoghue is having a difficult time time when he sits down and thinks of his future college. Red or Blue? Cats or Cards?

While Cincinnati, Boston College and Indiana continue to stay in Donoghue's list of favorite's, the 6-foot-3, 290-pound lineman doesn't hide the fact that Louisville and Kentucky are the true leaders for his services.

"It's still the same with Cincinnati, Louisville, Kentucky, Boston College and Indiana," Donoghue said of his favorites. "U of L and UK are on top though."

The difficulty comes in as Donoghue tries to pick between the Louisville and Kentucky football programs.

"I can't make up my mind," Donoghue explained. "I go back and forth really."

When asked about Kentucky, Donoghue quickly mentioned that he grew up a fan of the program in Lexington. "I like thier campus a lot, plus I grew up a UK fan."

And, what about Louisville? "They have the better football program and I really like their coaches."

Donoghue stated that he likely won't make a final decision until he makes his official visits following the football season.
