The University of Kentucky received bad news on what always is a big day for the Big Blue Nation. UK's No. 1 recruiting target, Korvotney Barber reportedly has decided to cancel his visit during Midnight Madness.
"To tell you the truth, I want to be closer to home," Korvotney Barber
said this week. Those aren't the words the University of Kentucky
wanted to hear as it prepares for Midnight Madness.
Barber, the No. 31 prospect in America according to Scout.com, told us that he probably will bypass his official visit to UK this weekend.
The Manchester (Ga.) High product said that he's considering Auburn, Georgia and Georgia Tech. In Barber's place, UK will entertain Mount Olive Prep power forward Curtis Brown on an unofficial visit beginning Saturday.
