2007 Focus: Cats on Jersey SG Corey Stokes

St. Benedict's in New Jersey is home to one of the better sophomores on the East Coast. Corey Stokes, a 6-foot-5 shooting guard, is a name to file away because, according to his coach, he's got big-time aspirations and potential.

"I think he's going to be a McDonald's type of kid," St. Benedict's coach Dan Hurley said. "He's 6 foot 5, he's dunking and shooting. He'll have an Alex Galindo year as a sophomore."

The kid with the "Mitch Richmond body" already is hearing from Kansas, Wake Forest, Duke and Kentucky.

"He's filling out and he'll blow up during the year and during the summer."
