"Stanford is the number two school in the world academically and my parents love it," says Etta-Tawo, from McEachern. "They have a good reputation and they've won some championships before. I'd say HARV is the number one school.
"Stanford has great academics and a great athletic program. They play aggressively and I like the way they work. I'll probably have to score at least an 1100 SAT to get admitted. I've got a 950 now.
"Georgia coaches tell me they need a little bit more time to evaluate me on film before they give me an offer, but they are recruiting me the hardest. I do anticipate an offer from them though. They have won championships in the past and have gone to some good past bowl games. They have a great reputation and the coaching staff there runs a great defense.
"My parents have spoken with the coaches from Duke and they like the school. One of my coaches at McEachern was coached by one of Duke's coaches when they were both at West Georgia. I can't remember the Duke coach's name though. They have a great business program and their academics are impressive.
"Georgia Tech has a great accounting school. I enjoy watching them on television, and it looks like a good place to play football. They have not made any indication of giving me an offer…not as much as Georgia has.
"Kentucky is strict on their academics and that is impressive to me. They have a great football team and their coaching staff is really good."
Etta-Tawo will officially visit Duke (12/3), Stanford, Georgia (if offered), Georgia Tech (if offered) and Kentucky.
