RECRUITING: Big Commitment for Big Blue

North Gwinnett's Ross Bogue has been a big target at tight end this year in high school, but looks to become a big target next year in the SEC. Bogue just picked up his first offer a couple of weeks ago and has decided to take this team up on this offer.

"I just committed to Kentucky," said Ross Bogue. "I decided to take an unofficial visit up to Kentucky this past weekend to see them play Georgia and I just knew that was the place for me."

What were the main reasons Bogue picked the Wildcats?

"I was able to talk with Coach Brooks for a while before the game and I just felt very comfortable with him. The campus and atmosphere was great and it just made me realize that is where I want to be. Overall, I just fell in love with the place."

Ross Bogue picked Kentucky over South Carolina and Duke. Bogue will visit Kentucky officially on December 3rd, and that will be his only official visit.

The North Gwinnett Bulldogs and Ross Bogue will travel to Walton this weekend to do battle in the second round in the Georgia AAAAA playoffs.
