"Here lately we just got done sending out my highlight tapes and Arkansas State offered me the other day. Memphis, Missouri, North Carolina State, Michigan State, Auburn, Alabama and Kentucky have been talking to me also. Memphis and Missouri are probably after me the hardest though," Brice Beck said.
Who stands the best shot to sign him at the current time?
"Right now it's probably Memphis and N.C. State in front. I like Missouri and Alabama a lot too."
What does he like about each of those places individually?
Memphis: "I like their spread offense and the shotgun which is what I ran in high school. It's also only 60 miles from my home."
N.C. State: "I really like their offense and the pro style scheme. Over the years I've watched them and they've had some success. I like the ACC and the teams they get to play too."
Missouri: "I like Coach Yost and I got to know him at camp a little bit."
Alabama: "A lot of tradition up there with the program and it's probably my favorite campus I've visited so far. They have great facilities and their program will be really good in the coming years."
Has he set any visits?
"I haven't set up any dates yet. I've talked to a few coaches and this next week we'll start getting them set up. I'll probably visit Memphis, Missouri and Arkansas State for sure."
Beck has already finished off a very impressive senior year of football.
"I think I threw for right around 2500yds, 25 touchdowns and 10 running touchdowns. I was somewhere between 60 and 65% completion rate with 10 interceptions. We went 8-2 for the season."
