It's the first such honor for the Detroit, Mich., native, who also set a career high for three-pointers made with four.

Crawford has started six games this season, including the last three in a row. His performance Friday pushed him to second on the team in scoring (9.4 ppg) and he ranks fourth in rebounding with 4.2 rpg. He's shooting nearly 43 percent from three-point range which is tops for the UK guards.

This is the second Player of the Week honor for UK this season, as Rajon Rondo claimed the award after his career performance against Louisville on Dec. 17. Patrick Sparks earned the recognition twice last year. It's the 16th time a UK player has earned the honor since 2000.
