"They are meeting one more time with their family to discuss the decision," Brinkley said. "They are close to a decision and should have one for tomorrow."
The Morris twins are expected to prep next season, therefore making them eligible for the 2008 class. Each of the four schools -- LaSalle, Kentucky, Indiana, and Memphis -- are recruiting them for this particular class.
"They have visited LaSalle and Memphis," Brinkley said.
The twins were expected to visit Lexington last weekend. However, a family illness prevented them from making the visit. "They spoke to (coach) Tubby Smith two days ago," said Brinkley. "They are seriously considering Kentucky."
Though Brinkley said that the Morris twins haven't visited Kentucky, they have taken a virtual tour of the UK campus. "You can't believe how effective a power point presentation of the campus can be," Brinkley said. "I know it's better to be there in person but they have a good idea of what the campus is like."
So, for now, a decision awaits UK as it does with three other schools. "They took into account graduation rates, style of play, how they could progress on and off the court at each school," Brinkley said. "Tomorrow we should know."
