'Cats Make Up Ground for Hines

6-foot-4, 275 pound offensive lineman Stuart Hines has returned from his visit to Kentucky over the weekend. See what the 3-star offensive lineman had to say about this weekend's festivities.

"I didn't make a decision," Hines said, "but I really liked it alot. The team is like a big family, there isn't like groups of friends and players. They are all a big family, which I thought was really cool."

Prior to his visit to Lexington (Ky.), the Bowling Green (Ky.) native said Wake Forest and Vanderbilt were his leaders, did the Wildcats manage to make up some ground this weekend?

"Absolutely," Hines said. "Yeah, definitely."

Hines sports offers from West Virginia, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Purdue, Illinois, Marshall, Baylor, and Troy. He is rated a 3-star offensive guard by Scout.com.

"I'm gonna take some more visits in January," Hines said.

"I don't know when I'll make my decision, it could come at anytime," Hines added. "I'm not really sure about what I'm gonna do right now."

The 6-foot-4, 285 pound offensive lineman hung out with Wildcat commitments Billy Joe Murphy and Brad Durham during the visit. Despite being UK verbals, they did not pressure Hines into making a decision.

"Nah, they really didn't," Hines said. "They were really cool about the whole thing."
