"I just got back from my official visit to Kentucky," Dembry said. "It was a great visit. I had a really good time. The players and the coaching staff was really cool and the school was really nice."
One of the main topics of conversation was where the 6-foot-2, 180 pound athlete would be placed at Kentucky.
"The wide receivers coach took me around and asked me where I'd like to play, 'defensive back or wide receiver,'" Dembry explaned. "I told him it didn't matter, so after he showed me what he was going to do with me on certain players at receiver and then he took me the defensive backs coach and he showed me around and what I'd do if I played on the other side of the ball."
So after his visit to Lexington, did the Wildcats make up any ground with the star North Carolina prospect? "Yes sir," Dembry insisted. "They are one of my top schools right now. I like them, alot."
Dembry has yet to make a decision as to where he'll play his college ball, but he has narrowed his choices. "I'm mainly just looking at Wake Forest, East Carolina, Kentucky and South Carolina. They have all offered me and I'm looking to set up an official visit with all of them sometime soon."
The two-star prospect from Scout.com recently ran a 4.51 forty-yard dash time.
