"I have nine offers right now," Kennesaw (Ga.) athlete Matt Roark said. "Georgia Tech, Duke, Wake Forest, Kentucky, Oregon, Indiana, UAB, USF and Illinois."
The 6-foot-6, 190 pounder currently stars at quarterbck at North Cobb High School, but started out his junior campaign as a free safety before switching over to the offensive side of the ball.
"Tennessee, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt are also recruiting pretty hard," Roark added.
The Peach state standout ran for over 1,000 yards and 18 touchdowns last season, while also recording 65 tackles on the defensive side of the ball during his brief stint at free safety.
"I would like to decide or commit by the season but that all depends on what I see this summer on some of the visits and camps that I go to," Roark said. "Right now, I really don't have a favorite."
According to a recent article in the Atlanta Constitution-Journal, Roark would like to play wide receiver at the next level.
