Lex QB Grabbing Attention

One of the top quarterbacks in the state of Kentucky is still waiting on his first offer, but is grabbing the attention of some top programs across the country.

Logan Bunch is a pocket passer from Lafayette High school in Lexington. "I have been hearing from Cincinnati, UConn, Purdue, Louisville and Middle Tennessee."

Bunch has been visiting a few camps recently, trying to earn a scholarship offer. Bunch attended the Louisville camp and the Cincinnati camp. He also plans on attending the University of Kentucky passing tournament, and the NC State camp.

Bunch would love to receive an offer from Kentucky, "I have very high interest in Kentucky, I love that it's close to home and I love the program."

Coach Chuck Smith is his recruiting coach from UK. When asked if he would commit if Kentucky extended an offer, Bunch responded by saying, "Most likely, I would have to look at what else was on the table, but an

Bunch is accustomed to a pass heavy offense. "At my high school, we pass about 60-65 percent of the time. I will run if I have to, but I am definitely a pocket passer. I'm definitely not a scrambler; I like to sit in the pocket."

Bunch did not mention a time frame on when he would like to commit. "I don't really know when I'll commit, it just depends on what comes up.

"I couldn't really tell you who is close to offering, its tough to read coaches these days."

Logan is a good student, with a 3.7 GPA.
