Inside game propels UK, over Indiana 72-54

LEXINGTON, Ky -- Josh Harrellson led five Kentucky players in double figures with 15 points, and Perry Stevenson chipped in with 10 points, nine rebounds, and six blocked shots as the Wildcats defeated the Indiana Hoosiers 72-54. Kentucky raced to a 24-4 first half lead and led at halftime 36-13.

On the day the taller, quicker Wildcats used superior athleticism to block 12 Hoosier shots, helping to hold Indiana to only 36.8% shooting in the game. The Cats shot 50% from the field in a winning effort. Five Wildcats scored in double figures--in addition to Harrellson's 15 and Stevenson's 10, Jodie Meeks scored 13, with Patrick Patterson scoring 12 (and eight rebounds) and Deandre Liggins chipped in with 10.
