CJ Leslie Will Visit UK

CJ Leslie, a 6'8" 185 pound forward has taken some unofficial visits this past month and plans to visit Kentucky soon. Kentucky Sports Report has an exclusive update on when CJ will be visiting UK.

CJ Leslie is becoming a highly coveted man. Leslie, the 12th ranked player in the 2010 class, continues to impress scouts and coaches this summer while establishing himself as one of the upcoming class' elite.

Leslie took two unofficial visits last month to Arizona State and North Carolina, but he's not done yet. Who's next on the list? Kentucky.

With the AAU season ready to really heat up in July, Leslie will be a very busy man in the next coming weeks and will try to fit it his visit to the Bluegrass when his AAU schedule will permit.

"I've scheduled a visit with them, but we haven't scheduled the exact date yet. It will be whenever I can fit it in my schedule. It will be this summer though."

Leslie already has an idea of what being a Kentucky Wildcat is like thanks to his friend, John Wall, who will suit up for the Wildcats this upcoming season. CJ and Wall played together at Word of God and stil keep in touch. "He's (Wall) enjoying it pretty good right now. He says it's a great school and he loves it there." But has Wall given CJ his recruiting pitch to follow him to UK? "Oh yeah. I talked to him a couple days ago, but last week we talked and that's when we really talked about UK."

CJ says that he still maintains a good relationship with Kentucky staff as well.

"I talk with Coach Orlando a lot. Sometimes by email."

CJ plans to narrow down his list of suitors before making his college decision, but he currently has no time table for when that may occur. CJ did say that Kentucky would ‘definitely' be in the mix when he makes his decision though.

Leslie will be attending the Lebron James Academy this weekend, July 5-7 in Akron, Ohio.
