Can Kentucky go undefeated?
That's a question a lot of Kentucky fans are asking, and yes Kentucky can. It will be very difficult to do even if they beat Louisville and go into SEC play unbeaten.
It's just very tough to go through the SEC unbeaten. The SEC opponents know your game and opponents better than anybody else because they watch you play so much. That makes it hard.
However, the SEC really has not seen Cousins, Wall and Bledsoe yet. The element of surprise is still there for Kentucky, or will be for at least part of the SEC.
So yes, Kentucky is capable of having an unbeaten regular season, but in all probability it probably won't happen.
But I don't think UK will lose a home SEC game. If they are going to get tripped up, I could see it maybe coming at Florida, Tennessee or maybe Mississippi State. You also have to be leery of Vanderbilt because they have had our number down there.
If we lose, I don't see us losing any more than two games. It is going to be a great, great year even if we lose a game or two in the SEC.
If I had to pick a game I think they might lose, it would not be Tennessee because I always want Kentucky to win down there. I would have to say it would Vanderbilt and even though I think we are better than Florida, Florida has been better than I anticipated. So if we are going to lose, I will go either Vanderbilt or Florida.
