Coach Kennedy on UK guards

Kennedy on Bledsoe: "He always played with that poise which defies he is a freshman."

Mississippi coach Andy Kennedy is a believer in Kentucky's backcourt despite their 10 turnovers at Auburn.

"Obviously, they are a special group. I was very familiar with Bledsoe. We tried to recruit him and he has always been a winner," Kennedy said. "He always played with that poise which defies he is a freshman. He never seems rattled. He shoots the ball better than people thought. If you knew the kid, you would know he is a tremendous worker. He's a great defender. At times I am sure coach Calipari wants his decision-making improved, but he's really good."

And what about Wall?

"John is the best player in college basketball. His impact has been all that was advertised," Kennedy said. "They are great compliments for each other. They play well off each other and as impressive as they are individually, they are even better collectively."
