KSR spoke with coach Corey Johnson of Stephenson High School this morning to find out if it was just a misunderstanding.
"Yeah, he's definitely going," said Johnson. "He's at the barbershop right now getting his hair cut. They have to be at the airport at 11 and the flight leaves at 1 o'clock," he finished.
They being the five Stephenson High prospects who are coming to Kentucky this weekend on an official visit. Wildcat commits Raymond Sanders, Ronnie Shields and Jabari Johnson will join their high school teammates Chris Sharpe and Thornton.
Also on the visit, Kentucky expects to have in two of it's commitments from earlier this season, Tyler Brause and Tevon Eatmon. The coaching staff is also still holding out hope to bring in D.J. Howard, but that visit has yet to be confirmed.
