Providence School in Jacksonville (Fl.) has gotten out to a 21-1 record so far this season and Stacey Poole has been a big part of that. "(This season) is going well," he said. "I"ve been playing good. I've just been doing well this whole season," he said. "I've been working hard."
Poole, already a UK signee, says he doesn't feel the pressure of the bulls-eye from opponents. "It's always been like this. There always have guys trying to come at us (Poole and Florida bound Patric Young) extra hard," he said. "I've handled it well. I've gone out and put in work. It's not really a big deal," he said.
Poole hasn't had a chance to see the Wildcats in person this season due to his own hectic schedule. "We've been traveling and being so busy," he said. "I watch them play on TV, though. I did go up to Gainsville the night before they played Florida and hung out with the team," he said.
And what does Poole think of his future team?
"I think they've been doing well. They have been on a roll," he said. "They have one tough loss. You won't win them all and you won't be perfect. But they compete well and beat really good teams this year," he said.
The four-star Poole had just one other thing to say to Wildcat fans. "Just tell them I've been doing well. I've been putting up points and doing what I need to do to win," he said.
