One of the top players in Kentucky's 2010 recruiting class is Alabama corner Dale Trimble. Many people wondered if Kentucky would be able to hold on to him. Trimble answers those questions in an interview with KSR.

On National Signing Day, a lot of questions will be answered all over the country. For Kentucky fans, one question has already been answered. Will Dale Trimble stick with his Kentucky commitment?

"It's going to feel real good (to sign with Kentucky)," said Trimble. "I'm ready to sign with them," he said.

Trimble signing with the Wildcats isn't due to no effort by other schools to turn him. "A lot of schools came after me," he said of his recruitment after the Alabama vs Mississippi all-star game. "But I was pretty solid with Kentucky. They didn't want me before and I told them I was solid (with UK)."

So how did Trimble perform in said all-star contest? "It went real good. I got to play against some good players. I just wanted to show people that I could do it. It was a blessing to play with good players like that," he said.

Now that plans are in place for him to sign with Kentucky Wednesday, what are Trimble's expectations when he lands in Lexington?

"I plan on starting," he said. "I've been told I could start. But if they want me to play, I'll play. But I'll redshirt if they aren't ready for me to play yet," he said. "I just want to be a Wildcat."
