Marquis Teague planned to visit Kentucky this weekend, when the Wildcats took on Tennessee, but a scheduling conflict caused him to cancel that visit. Still Teague has will check out UK before again soon.
"We're going to visit sometime soon. I don't know when, but I know we'll reschedule," said Teague.
Teague will likely be making his decision very soon and his upcoming visits are crucial to that decision. "We didn't set any specific time (to decide)," he said. "Just after basketball season is over. We will sit down and talk about it then. We'll come up with a decision," he said.
So what factors will help Teague make the best decision he can? "I'm looking for a coach with the best relationship with me and my family," he said. "I'm looking for a coach that you can get along with. You can't play for a coach that you're always bumping heads with. I'm mostly want to play for a school that plays my style of play; pushing the ball up and down the floor."
Teague has had a very good junior season for Pike High in Indianapolis (IN.). "It's been a good year," he said. "I've been playing good. I'm hitting my outside shot a lot more," said Teague. "That's the one thing I have been working on the most," he finished.
