"Different. They are a heck of a team. They are winning games. They are poised to make a deep run in the tournament, too," Mark Pope said. "That is all very similar to us, but they have a much different style and much different personnel.
"We were real small. They have much more size and probably are a much more physical team. They put much less defensive pressure on opponents than we did. It's two distinct and different types of play, but they have some spectacular players and some great athletes.
"They have tough kids who understand how to play hard and compete and play in crunch time. I like their team. I think coach (John) Calipari has done a tremendous job of taking all these new players and keeping everybody on board, and I think that is under appreciated at times."
