Kraidon Woods Taking His Time With Decision

Ex-Villanova commit Kraidon Woods is on an official visit to Arizona State this weekend, while his prep school Coach, Seth Eilberg, says Kraidon is not rushing into a decision.

"Kraidon is looking for an opportunity to feel comfortable, and one where he can play right away," according to prep coach Seth Eilberg of the hill School in Pottstown, PA. Eilberg also says if that means Woods takes his time before committing, so be it. "It's important for Kraidon to have a more evolved college process. Getting to know the people and what they do are important at this time for him."

Woods committed to Villanova almost two years ago and a current logjam of scholarships on Villanova's roster may have led Woods to look elsewhere to make a bigger and quicker impact on another program. He has plenty of other options to choose from. Atlantic 10, ACC, and PAC 10 schools among those options.

Eilberg says Woods will visit Virginia Tech next week, and has made unofficial visits to Philadelphia schools, including La Salle, St. Joe's and Temple. Among his offers are LaSalle, Virginia Tech and Rhode Island. Eilberg also says several other Atlantic 10 Schools have expressed interest.
