"I had a great time and really enjoyed the game", said Curry. "ULM just beat a good Arkansas State team that has victories over SMU, Memphis, and barely lost to Texas 21-13. It was also good to see some of the guys that I camped with this summer again".

Curry and his teammates are off to a blistering 5-0 start to the 2007 season. "I still have not played the 4th quarter in any of our games". The Jackets have outscored their opponents 217 to 24 yet Curry still has impressive numbers considering he has only played 10 quarters of football. That could change this Friday night when Curry and his teammates travel to play the Arp Tigers.

"ULM quarterback coach Jonas Weatherbie said he is going to come and watch me play this Friday night. I really appreciate that considering he could go watch anyone play and he is coming to see me".

Curry, who was on an unofficial visit, plans on taking his official visit later in the year. The talented signal caller is holding three offers so far but another school could jump into the picture. I talk to the Southern Miss qb coach once a week. They are only going to take one qb and they have an offer to a kid right now but he has yet to decide."As of right now my top three are still Utep, ULM, and Louisiana Tech.

Through roughly 10 quarters of action this year Curry has passed for 760 yards and 8 touchdowns while running for another 250 and 7 more scores. He is completing 70% of his passes.
