Warren Trips To ULM Campus

Brownsboro defensive back Tristan Warren took his official visit to the campus of ULM this past weekend and plans to visit Louisiana Tech the weekend of December 19th.

Separated by just 35 miles, the ULM Warhawks and Louisiana Tech Bulldogs are trying to land one of the Lone star state's best defensive backs in Tristan Warren.

"I had a great visit to ULM", said Warren. We toured the campus, checked out the dorm rooms, the library. The library and statue out front are impressive as was the Clark Williams Student Success Center.

Myself and Andrew Russell hung out with freshman line backer DaCorris Ford, he was our host for the weekend. I got to talk to the defensive backs coach Darrell Perkins. We talked about coverages and the style of defense ULM runs".

Coach Weatherbie talked to me Sunday and just reassured me that ULM really wanted me in their secondary but I want to take all my visits. Central Arkansas offered me the other day. I just need to talk with my parents, see what is best for me and my future.

For ULM it could come down to a major for Warren as he is interested in a degree in engineering. "I talked to some advisers at ULM and they were telling me about all the programs they have to offer. It's something I will have to make a decision on.
