Red Wolves 14-4 Winners Over ULM

Arkansas State Red Wolves got a big grand slam putting 6 runs on the board in the 5 inning to pull away from ULM 14-4.

Arkansas State put up 12 runs over the final four innings in a 14-4 victory over the home team ULM Warhawks.

The Red Wolves broke open a 2-2 game with 6 runs in the top of the 6th inning highlighted by an opposite field grand slam courtesy of Brandon Eller.

ASU's 2-5 hitters combined to go 14/21 with 11 RBI and 10 runs scored.

The ULM pitching staff was tagged for 14 runs on 17 hits, striking out 7 and walking 6.

Boomer Blanchard and Jon Prevost continued to stay hot at the plate for the Warhawks with two hits a piece. Prevost hit his 4th home run of the week when he connected on a 2 run shot in the bottom of the 7th.

Third baseman Nick Wade hit a solo shot in the bottom of the third and finished with 2 RBI on the night.
