Brice was in position to make several interceptions a year ago, but he missed on a few of them. One of his coaches realized he might be having trouble seeing the ball and asked if he had ever had an eye exam.
The rest, they say, is history. The Ruston coaches noticed a big difference and Brice began picking off passes at a higher rate.
"It helped a lot," admitted Brice. "I gave me better vision when I look for the ball in the lights. It also helped me see the signals from the sidelines."
In his junior highlight video, Brice shows not only the ability to stop the pass, he is also great in run support.
Brice is also a factor on special teams. He made some big returns and also blocked an extra point.
