In this video, Matt Hungate shows really good quickness at 6'4" 240. Playing offensive tackle, he seals off his end very well. He also gets out in front on the run and makes plays at the second level.
On defense, Hungate shows the initial flash that you are looking for from a pass rusher. He also displays good lateral quickness when the ball is handed to a running back. Hungate uses his quickness to get to the quarterback, but he also has the size and strength to hold his own against offensive tackles.
Matt has colleges looking at him for both offense and defense. He can play defensive end in most systems. However, he may be best suited to play offensive tackle. He has the frame to put on the needed weight and he has great instincts for the position.
