Antonious Markray created a lot of buzz when he scored 55 points against Minden earlier in the season. Despite drawing the attention of the opposing teams, Markray has been able to average 28 points per game on the year. In a 94-77 win over Livonia on Tuesday, Markray scored 21 points and he knows he must continue his stellar play to knock off Lakeside for a third time. "We match up with them pretty well," Markray admitted recently.
When asked if he had any early college favorites, Antonious answered "No sir." As far as teams talking to him, he replied "Northwestern State called me yesterday and I have talked to Louisiana Tech recently."
Be sure to watch the headlines for this Antonious Markray next season. He is set to have a big senior year and college scouts are sure to pay attention.
