D.J. Times Three

With a commitment in hand from D.J. Morrow and one possibly on the way in D.J. St. Julien, Louisiana tech could be looking for a third D.J. when D.J. Banks visits Saturday.

D.J. Banks, a Tulane commit, will be at the Louisiana Tech-Nevada game. Banks, who will likely play cornerback in college, plays quarterback for West Monroe. Another top North Louisiana player will be at the game, but he will have an even shorter distance to travel. Javantay Crowe will make the long trip across the street to see the Bulldogs play.

A few Tech commits will be in Ruston as well. Matt  Nelson, Doak Raulston, and Sharman Brown will all return to campus. Recent commit Tyrone Duplessis will not make the trip, but he and teammate Kendrick James will make official visits next week. Adam Ayala, from Huntsville, Texas, is also scheduled to come next week.

Nathan Quick and Roderick Goodlow will be in attendance. Quick is still looking for his first offer, but he thinks Tulane and Louisiana Tech are close. Goodlow has several offers including Kansas, Minnesota, and Louisiana Tech.

D.J. St.Julien said he was ready to make a commitment to Coach Derek Dooley. He expects an in home visit from Tech this week. Germad Reed, from Lufkin, Texas, says he still has the same four schools on top. He is looking at January 9th as a date to visit Tech.
