Memphis Looks Out of State

Charles Barkins, from OP Walker in new Orleans, and Justin Henderson from North Little Rock are both considering Memphis.

Charles Barkins has visits set up with Alcorn State along with Memphis. He was considering committing to Alcorn State, but is interested in seeing what Memphis and new Head Coach Larry porter have to offer.

Justin Henderson , who transferred from Little Rock Central to North Little Rock, is one of the top tight ends in Arkansas. "I have an offer from UAPB," said Henderson. "I think Memphis will offer. Both teams think I can help them next year."

Barkins and Henderson are two of the top uncommitted players in the Mid-South region. They appeared to be slipping through the cracks, but Memphis seems to be on the verge of adding the two talented players.
