Osborne Takes First Official Visit

Sean Osborne took his first official visit this past weekend, but has not made a decision on his future yet.

Sean Osborne has visited Louisiana several times this year, but he took his first official visit this past weekend.

"I visited UL this past weekend with several junior college prospects and toured the campus. It was my first opportunity to visit the Moody Business School and the Kinesiology department. The business school was great, I really enjoyed the visit."

Osborne(6-5,260)projects at the tackle position, left campus this weekend without committing to the Cajun program.

"I really like the coaching staff and facilities, but I'm not ready to make a decision yet on my future."

Current teammate and Cajun commitment Brendan Wilson has played a small role in Osborne's decision to take his first official visit at UL.

"Yea, he told me that I need to commit and we could play the next four years next to each other. But, I'm not ready just yet to make that decision."

Sean has just recently recieved his second divison one offer from a Mountain West program.

"The Air Force Academy called and offered me before the weekend. So I'm going to take a visit to Colorado in January."

Has Osborne felt any pressure to make a decision by the Louisiana staff?

"The Cajun staff has been really patient with me and the coaches did tell me that they have offered another lineman at my position."

Sean has been selected to play in the Max Emfinger All American Bowl in Mississippi on January 5th.

"We report on December 30th for practice and pictures. It's going to be a great experience for me, playing against some really good athletes."
