Anderson Is Latest Cajun Commitment

Foley High standout Justin Anderson is the latest high school prospect to commit to the Ragin'Cajun Football program Tuesday night.

The 6-3, 238-pound Anderson was a two year standout out at Foley High in Alabama,had offers from Northern Illinois,UAB,Arkansas State and Louisiana. Anderson's stock as a prospect took off after an outstanding junior season in which he made 80 tackles and 16 sacks, and was named to the Region 1 All-Area and All-District Teams.

Scout.com rates Anderson the No. 101 defensive end in the country and Justin is also the 42nd ranked college football prospect in Alabama by the Tuscaloosa News.

Anderson, who is fully qualified at this time,attended football camps at Auburn, Alabama and Florida State this past summer. At 238 pounds, Anderson runs a 4.6 forty, benches 315 and squats 455.

Justin Anderson is scheduled to take his official visit to Louisian on Jan.16th.

Recruiting Update

Central High safety prospect Josh Johns has narrowed his college choices down to Louisiana and Louisiana Tech. Johns will be part of a very good group of prospects scheduled to visit January 16th.
