Behanan, Scout.com's No. 29 prospect in the nation, signed a national letter of intent Wednesday morning to play for Louisville next season. Behanan, who chose the Cardinals over West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio State, is the second-highest rated prospect behind Chicago shooting guard Wayne Blackshear in Louisville's 2011 recruiting class.
Though Blackshear told InsideTheVille.com last week that he would sign with Louisville on the first day of the signing period, he now reportedly will ink with the Cardinals Thursday.
Price, Scout.com's No. 53-ranked prospect, told InsideTheVille.com that he would sign paperwork with UofL Wednesday before signing his national letter of intent during a ceremony at 6 pm at Jeffersontown HS.
"I had to sign something else but it wasn't my LOI," Price texted InsideTheVille.com. "I sign that tonight at six."
According to Eric Martinez, Nunez, the talented 6-foot-8 forward from Fitchburgh (Mass.) Notre Dame Prep, will make it official for the Cardinals Wednesday afternoon.
Nunez, according to Martinez, started his final season off strong over the weekend, knocking down five three-pointers in a win over Lee Academy, which features several Division 1 prospects.
Louisville is also awaiting a decision from Angel Rodriguez, a three-star point guard from Miami, Fla. Art Alvarez told Scout.com's Evan Daniels that "a decision would be made tonight or tomorrow." Rodriguez is considering Kansas State, Louisville and NC State.
"A decision has not been made yet," Alvarez told Scout.com. "It will definitely be one of those three schools. Those are the only three schools in the mix ... Louisville, N.C. State and Kansas State, those are the three schools if we were to sign early."
