Moore, a three-star wide receiver/cornerback, was one of the first local players to verbally committed to Charlie Strong last year, but Louisville pulled his offer before signing day because Moore was looking around and considering other options.
Then, just before national signing day, the Cardinals re-extended a scholarship Moore's way. Though Moore visited UCF last month, he decided to join Fern Creek teammates Jamon Brown and Jalen Harrington at Louisville.
One of the top prospects in Kentucky, Moore runs the forty in 4.4. He rushed for more than 1,000 yards and intercepted three passes as a senior.
"A lean frame with very good top end speed because of long strides, Moore also changes direction well giving him the opportunity to make a man miss and out run another on the same play," Scout.com's Scott Kennedy said. "Moore has a skill set that can be utilized on short passes and in the return game. He will need to get stronger and add some muscle weight, but he is a big play threat."
